Book and Article Prizes - Addresses

The Prize Committees for 2010

Persons wishing to nominate a book, including one of their own, should ask the publisher to send copies to each of the specific prize committee members. Deadline for nominations is February 20, 2010.

New committees will be appointed for 2011.  The SDAW Prize and the Sybil Halpern Milton Book Prize will be awarded again in 2011.

The Article Prize Committee accepts no nominations.

GSA/DAAD Article Prize

For 2010, in history and political science for the best article published in German Studies Review.  Nominations are not accepted for this prize.

Graduate Student Essay Prize

For 2010, for the best article submitted by a graduate student and written in 2009.  The winning article will be published in German Studies Review.  Nominations may be sent to the prize committee:
