DAAD Travel Support
Affiliates of German universities (see the FAQs for eligibility requirements) can apply for travel funds under the DAAD program "Kongressreisen" to attend the GSA Annual Conference. The announcement for this program can be found here: www.daad.de/kongressreisen
The program note indicating that funding is no longer available for September 2025 does not apply to 2025 GSA Annual Conference participants. However, available funds are limited. Therefore, please submit your application as soon as possible and by May 27, 2025 at the latest. We also recommend using the program's step-by-step guide to applying from the beginning, as this will make the application process easier.
