Our Summer 2025 newsletter has been published and is available on our website. You can read about the GSA Board election results, mentoring opportunities, the planned Arts Night activities at our upcoming 2025 GSA conference in Arlington, and more. Also, please don’t forget to register to be a mentor or mentee at the conference by the August 15 deadline. The links to register can be found on page seven of the newsletter.

The 2025 GSA Conference, taking place in Arlington, Virginia from September 25–28, will again feature a series of three-day seminars. As in past years, a limited number of auditors are welcome to join select seminar sessions.

If attending the GSA conference from outside the United States, please note:

• This is an exclusively in-person conference and virtual participation is unfortunately not possible.
• However, we are aware that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has recently become more stringent and less predictable with travelers, regardless of citizenship, at United States entry ports.

As is known to many of you, funding for future and even current NEH grants is under threat. The GSA recently signed on to the National Humanities Alliance statement supporting the NEH. If you have been impacted by cuts to NEH grants, please let the NHA know immediately.
