Finance/Investment Committee

The Finance/Investment Committee regularly reviews the investments of the GSA and submits recommendations for any significant changes to the Board. The Committee meets at least once per year to review the status of the funds. Membership in the committee consists of the Treasurer (chair), Executive Director, President, Vice President, and at least two other members of the GSA who will be appointed by the President to three-year terms but may be re-appointed to an additional term or terms, in consultation with the Executive Council. The Secretary of the Association attends the Investment Committee meeting as a non-voting member.
