- We're looking for commentators and moderators for virtual and in-person sessions. You can volunteer by filling out the Commentator and Moderator Survey.
- Conference registration is now open.
- The conference rate for a standard room at the Marriott Downtown Indianapolis is $189 + taxes and fees/night (max. 4 people, valid Sept. 27-Oct. 4).
- You will receive a link to the hotel site with the conference rate in your email receipt after registering for the conference.
- Once you enter the arrival and departures dates, you'll click through to submit your information. You'll see a request section, which includes a checkbox for an accessible room, and a space to write out specific requests.

Schedule notes:
- AV reminder: As per the submission guidelines, please note the following:
- All breakout rooms will be equipped with LCD projectors that have VGA cables. Please be sure to bring an appropriate adapter for your laptop.
- Laptops will not be provided.
- The standard projectors do not have sound support.
- Presenters requiring separate sound equipment must request it during the submission process. Assignment of panels to rooms specially equipped for sound is at the discretion of the Program Director and the Executive Director.
- Reminder: Please email requests for disability accommodations to Operations Director Dr. Benita Blessing by Sept. 1. (The deadline has passed, but feel free to email with last-minute requests and we'll do our best!)
- Publishers and Exhibitors can find information about shipping to the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott here.Chairs of sessions should have received acceptances and notified all session members. Please do feel free to contact Operations Director Dr. Benita Blessing (operations@thegsa.org) if you did not receive notification - emails don't always make it to inboxes, and we want to make sure that everyone has been contacted. - We are working with our conference platform vendor OpenWater to finalize the schedule. When it is available, we will send it via email and post it on our website and social media pages. The preliminary schedule is available as a Google Sheet in the meantime. Thank you for your patience as we negotiate many moving parts as we organize our first conference with both virtual and in-person modalities, and amid changing national and international guidelines for the health and safety of large public gatherings.
